I’ve been posting dinner tidbits for a while now on my private blog and it seems friends and family love them so much that I’ve decided to share some overviews with you.
Monday: Bowtie pasta (a [nitrate free] sausage, [organic] broccoli, tomato, alfredo combination Princess Daddy created)
Tuesday: Baked eggplant parmesan with a side of steamed [organic] broccoli and salads
Wednesday: Applegate all natural hot dogs, homemade macaroni and cheese, steamed green beans from the farmer’s market
Thursday: Steak/Barbecue Grilled Chicken (I typically don’t eat a lot of red meat and it’s normally too chewy for the girls but Princess Daddy loves them so he cooks two entrees), baked [organic] red potatoes, corn on the cob from the farmer’s market
Saturday: Whole grain pita pockets stuffed with grilled chicken, peppers, onions, humus, Colby cheese and spinach, [organic] corn tortilla chips and steamed [organic] carrots on the side
Sunday: Ground pork burgers topped with cheddar cheese and spinach, steamed green beans from the farmer’s market, cubed [organic] red potatoes grilled in the cast iron skillet.
