May Health & Fitness Challenge (Week Two Complete)

Another week down! My goals last week were much the same as the previous week but I definitely didn’t do as well.

That’s life though folks. Health is about the overall impact. Each day matters, yes but we are all still human. We did yoga on Monday as planned but did no other workouts this week. It WAS still a great week though in the end because we ran our second 10k and both had personal records. (Blog coming soon.)

My focus this week is going to be biking and nutrition. Giving the running a rest after a strong finish. Have a great week!
