When You Fail Your Own Challenge

A reminder that we all have good days and bad days (or bad weeks. Or months) The most important thing is to refocus and keep pushing forward.

I myself had a GREAT first week in the challenge, an okay second week. And then, here we are at June and I don’t even remember making goals for weeks 3 and 4. Oops.

We are human. We fail. And then we get back up.
